The Archival Limited Edition reproductions featured on this website are
produced by Luminare Fine Art in Carpinteria, California. They are printed
using Moab Anasazi acid-free fine art canvas and pure pigment inks on
the Hewlett-Packard z3100 12-ink photo printer. Wilhelm
Imaging Research, the recognized authority on print permanence has
rated prints produced on this equipment to exceed 200 years without any
noticeable fading or yellowing. This permanence rating exceeds that of
most "Giclee" prints. Each canvas is sprayed with three coats
of a protective spray that provides waterproofing, abrasion resistance
and extra UV protection.
The editions
are supervised and approved by the artist, Karen Fedderson. Great care
is used in image capturing, colormatching, printing and stretching the canvas
to give the highest quality reproduction of the original Oil Paintings.
Each reproduction is signed and numbered on the face in Gold Lacquer and
comes with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. No unsigned
prints are authorized. Most of the images are released in small editions limited
to 25, 50 or 100 prints.
Karen Fedderson Limited Editions are only available
from the Artist's Studio (and website) or the from the Galleries that
carry her work.
